Kartick=Karthikeya=Muruga
Lord Karthikeya, the elder son of Goddesses Durga and Lord Shva is also the commander in chief of the divine army of lord Indra, the king of God kingdom according to the hindu mythology.
Southern part of India is traditionally the home for Karthikeya who is better known as Lord Muruga their and one of the most worshipped.
Now spreading his kingdom to the eastern part of India even to the remote Bengal. Yesterday was the day of annual celebration earmarked for worship of Kartick in Bengal.
Probably as a effect of globalization.
