Welcome in the New year 2013: Lamp Post

Some of our friends gathered on the last day of 2012 to give a new lease of life to an old relic of the past (A lamp post) in the office compound of Chief Medical Officer of Health, Birbhum.
In the coming year this small efforts will definitely change our surroundings with a New Look
